Architect and designer, Florence Knoll is best known for the company she founded with her husband, Hans, which produced some of the period’s most famous furniture designs. Her minimalist designs frequently mixed fabrics and metals and laminates.
In her lifetime, Knoll's work was often on display at the Museum of Modern Art. Her style revolutionized corporate offices.

Sheila Alley and Scott Nichols share a creative spirit. Nichols is an artist with a degree in fine arts from the University of Tulsa and Alley majored in musical theater at the University of Oklahoma. Each brings a unique aesthetic perspective to their mutual passion for art and design. Together, these two creative entrepreneurs have operated Vintage Vault, a store offering an eclectic mix of mid century modern furniture, art, decorative items, vintage clothing and classic vinyl records, since 2013.
Vintage Vault is located in Tulsa's burgeoning midtown design district on Harvard near the University of Tulsa campus. Nichols and Alley comb the region for the finest examples of vintage furniture, clothing and decor. Their unique finds are available through the retail location or via their online store.
